East Sussex National Golf Resort & Spa
CRB has completed a large volume of work at the East Sussex National Golf Resort complex. The flagship project was the completion of the Horsted Spa. In 2006, the main multi-million pound hotel construction was being completed by a large construction firm whose price for building the spa was, in the client's view, too expensive. The hotel's owners, who had worked with CRB previously on several construction projects, approached CRB and asked them to tender for the works. In doing so, they saved themselves more than £100,000, and CRB completed the project on time and under budget. The completed spa offers absolute luxury to the hotel's visitors, with high-quality facilities including relaxation rooms and mud baths. The materials were chosen according to the theme of nature and senses, and included traditional oak, slate and travertine. The project exemplifies CRB's ability to manage and complete complex, multi-faceted projects while providing an excellent level of quality.
