Plumbing and Heating
As CRB Contractors are based in Eastbourne, we obviously know the area very well, especially Heathfield, where we have carried out a lot of our work. We are specialists in bathroom installations and all aspects of tiling.
Bathrooms:
CRB installs bathrooms and en suite facilities as stand-alone jobs and also as part of new extensions and conversions. We are able to create beautiful and bespoke one-off bathrooms as well as full scale hotel refurbishment works. This level of experience means CRB’s in-house plumbers are expert at completing excellent, reliable and beautiful installations across the entire range of bathrooms. We are also able to help clients find their perfect bath, shower or bathroom furniture, offering a full supply service, passing on favourable trade prices on everything from Armitage Shanks to Villeroy & Boch.
Wet Rooms:
Wet rooms, a common feature of buildings in mainland Europe, have become very popular in the UK recently. They offer practical, easy-to-clean bathroom layouts, but their installation requires special skills. CRB offers new waterproofing technologies that ensure the wet rooms we install are guaranteed leak-proof, providing long-term peace of mind. We are experienced in designing and installing bespoke bathrooms for disabled users, making effective use of relationships with specialist independent suppliers.
Heating and Hot Water:
The old Corgi scheme list of approved gas engineers was replaced with the Gas Safe Register. CRB uses only gas engineers approved and certified under this scheme. Our Gas Safe engineers are vetted and approved to work alongside our in-house plumbers to deliver new heating and hot water systems. CRB offers clients assistance with selecting the most suitable system, be it a traditional system gas or oil boiler, Combi boiler, pressurised hot water system (ideal for larger houses), or even solar and ground source heat pumps.
CRB Contractors have recently completed a range of building and roofing projects in Heathfield including an extension to a 16th century farmhouse. CRB have excellent experience in working in conservation areas on listed and period buildings.
